Ever since my first contact with ADT in Apr, I've had constant hassles. We tried to sign up & had trouble just getting set up. In Jul we found out we were never told about the fact that one can get a brand new alarm installed if you sign a contract, which we did. We weren't told of that initially & the old alarm that was in the house was just reconnected. This alarm was faulty & it continuously kept going off, which resulted in us being charged for extra call-outs. Eventually this was sorted out, we were told by a sales member that we can cancel that contract & sign a new one & get the new alarm. Which we got.

Yesterday a lady called me from ADT & asked me why I am cancelling my contract. I explained the above to her & she kept insisting that I cannot cancel my contract. I tried to explain I didn't cancel it, but signed a new one as such. She said she will phone someone, find out & call me back, no call back. Can ADT not check the facts before calling the customer?! The only good service I've received was from Kieron Bourne. He actually did a follow up call after our new alarm was installed.

The way I feel now, I want ADT to take their alarm out of my house and change providers.
