Mis lead clients -promoting technician cost

A few weeks ago I tested my alarm - one panic did not work. The agent I spoke with - informed me over the phone I can cancel the panic zone and when I have fixed call back to reactivate panic zone.
Upon the panic button being fixed -I call ADT - and they said they will send someone over (Nkososana was the call agent). It was a struggle to explain that I need the code to re-activate the panic zone.
The appointment was booked for14 Feb 2013at 9am. I waited until 9-20am (held on the line for 15 minutes from my cell) and called the ADT only to be told that the technician tried calling my cell and since I did not answer - went to the next call- whats the purpose of the Scheduled APPOINTMENT. The technician arrived before 10-am took 5 minutes to get out of his vehicle. Then only test the the radio signal - I was told by Catrine that I need to pay cash /-R450 vat. ALL I need was the code to reactivate the panic zone - which ADT cancelled over the phone - why could I not get this reactivated over the phone. Shoddy service. Hence I will cancel my ADT and replace alarm system with a more client centric security company. ADT shouldn't assume they are the biggest so they are best!
