Double debit and no response to complain

Last month Chubb double debited monthly payment i then contacted them sent emails no response. till today no has bothered themselve to attend to my query. im not really happy with their services. im so unhappy about them

this morning i was also debited, why am i debited whereas they have debited twice into my account last
i spoke to the following people: Vermaak, Salomi S CCS; Mbatha, Ntombi N CCS;Cooper, Hilda H CCS. hilda tried to send the email to salomi but not feedback.
im so unhappy i need that money and if im not contacted by today i will have to report to consumer protect.
i need that money back to my account asap
