Two months ago I signed a contract with autopage a laptop and 3G 500 meg deal for R200 a month. For two months they have double debited my account. I reported it today and have said I don't want to do business with autopage as they have gone against their own service agreement, if you do not give a good service and proficient service then me as the customer does not want to deal with you for another 22 months. I was told I must wait 7 days for my money back, and I cannot cancel my contract, that there's no management I can speak to, it has to be escalated. I do not want to deal with a company that double debits my account and then takes seven days to return my money. Ref A1312031899 I will report this on Facebook aswell
