I bought a 2nd hand car with a tracker device, on calling tracker I was told the testing department could not test the device remotely as it was not responding. I was then told I would need to pay a call out fee and take out a new 3 year contract. At this point I asked to not continue with the contract/device. Despite this I am charged a contractual amount each month, and I am debited several unspecified amounts. To date I have no seen any contract, apparently have a non responsive unit, have requested to have the funds returned and my contract properly terminated. Initial promises of action/termination simply failed to take place, and now my emails go unanswered. I would strongly recommend people avoid this company, on top of terrible customer service and inept communication there are unauthorised financial transactions taking place, judging by the complaints here this happens quite frequently. Use another supplier!
