Tracker damage my credit profile unessary

Hello Peter. I bought a Nissan Pathfinder and insured it by virseker but it had a tracker device so my premie was incl with Virseker. Then I sold the Nissan Pathfinder and bought a Nissan Quishai and insure it again by Virseker. Virseker ask me if I want to continue with Tracker and I said yes because the premie was inc with Virseker. Then the people of tracker phone me and told me that they must swap the tracking device. Then I saw a debit order on by account for the balance of R375-00 of tracker, and I ask by bank to do the reverse. I also phone Virseker and ask them why is Tracker taking money by me if it was incl into my premie and they told me that its not suppose to work like that and that was okay if I did do the reveres payment. After a wile Tracker account department phone me and explain to me that the amount of R375-00 is for the reinstall of the tracker device so then I understand it and did do a payment. But before that I didn't know for what I was supposed to pay the R375-00. That was the problem did come in. I apply for a home loan and it was decline so I phone the credit department to ask them what exactly is against my name because I don't know of anything.
