No one ever answers the phone

Good day.

I currently have a Netstar tracking device in my vehicle, which I am trading in. I have been trying to get hold of customer services to cancel this service, and also chat about whether the device needs to be removed from my vehicle. No one ever answers the phone; I have tried numerous times, including just now where I held on for 20 minutes. I even tried emailing you'll yesturday were I still have recieved no response. You can advertise that you'll cover so many vehicles, but you'll cannot hire enough staff to manage them... pathetic.
