Altech Netstar advert is misleading

Within a space of a year and a half two vehicles were, both fitted with tracking devices by Netstar. The first vehicle was from Monte Casino parking last year and in June this year, second vehicle was from Clearwater Mall parking in Strubensvalley, JHB. Both vehicles were not recovered. The Netstar advert states that they will recover your vehicle within an hour. The only recovery taking place at the moment is us. There are all sorts of excuses from Netstar. After the vehicle was, no further communication from Netstar, (or Monte or Clearwater Mall for that matter). This begs the question: Is it really necessary to install a tracking device in your vehicle or is it just a money-making scheme by the Insurance companies and vehicle tracking companies.
