In a moment of panic trying to find someone to help us repair our residence gate, I phoned these people [URL Removed] - if you read there site they promise the sun the moon and the stars. I suppose the joke is on me for not remembering that if something is to good to be true in generally always is!
When i phone Andre on 0833 565 381, he was eager to help us. As per his request I did sms him my details which I now regret, he continued to promise me a quote by 12pm that never happened. When I called again he confirmed that they would be here no later then 9:30 am the next day to repair my automated gate of which the wheel is broken. It is now the next day at 9:30 I preceded to find out what is happening, and he replied by saying "sorry we are running late my father will call you I promise, we are still coming" When I phoned back in 30 min he had turned his phone off. This is confirmation that they will not be coming! Never did he one single time call me to confirm, I had to call him. Never did he reply to a sms. Yet the site is stunning and full of endless compliments to their service that they don't provide!!!
