For once, just a bit of customer service, please

I have been will CellC since they started. Although I have had some incidents in the past the service is generally good. I have one contract renewal and one new contract that I signed up for on a Saturday morning, over 2 weeks ago.

There was no stock available (on the phones that I signed up for) and a promise was made to contact me first thing on that coming Monday as no one had a clue on status of delivery on the Saturday. Since then, I have heard NOTHING. I did phone CellC at Cape Gate on Wednesday last week with a promise to be informed but once again NOTHING.

Why is the customer service so bad? Why cannot anyone tell me when stock will arrive? At this day and age, should the stores not at least have some indication as to what is going on with stock and when it will arrive or is it just too easy to say, "I don't know" and leave it at that instead of just going the extra mile to keep customers happy?

The phones I want is the Samsung S3. I need 2 contracts. Can anybody that actually cares about customer service please inform me when will CellC at Cape Gate get these phones in stock. Why is this so difficult...???
