Ad is Misleading

Phoned these people on Monday 29 July, they said they will call back as soon as the technician is back but they took our details in the mean time. Never called back. We called them this morning to find out whats happening only to be told our area is too far and they will only quote us if we pay the petrol for them to come out?! How is this a free quote as per Gumtree ad?
