Debiting my Cancelled

The below Complaint was logged on the 09:55 Fri 22 Mar till today i have not received a response from Intec yet my money is still being debited from my account, i have not received a response from you till today so i will give you all my details [Email Removed] / [Email Removed] [Email Removed] send you the resolution to this query to all the above email.

Intec keeps putting debits through to my account even though i cancelled my account with the institutions, when i call they keep transferring from one department to another. I WANT A REFUND on all the debits you have put through to on my account i am no longer a student with your institutions so why are you still taking money from me for two years
