Nearly 6 months of billing bungles part 2

On 7 December 2013 I wrote a long complaint about billing stuff ups that ADT have made. On the same day I got a reply from customer services saying that the matter has been taken to the management team and I'd be contacted by ADT. Over a week later and I have heard nothing. Such appalling service!
