ADT - Non Existent Customer Service

On 26/07/2013 I received the following response from ADT after logging my complaint:

We take note of your comments, these have been communicated to our Management Team, and you will be contacted by someone where they will look to assist you further.

To date I have yet to be contacted by someone from ADT???

Pathetic to say the least!!!
