Horrible service

I am disgusted by the service received from Netsar, After calling them several time for them to come install the unit they eventually came through on the 16th Oct 2013. As a results of them coming to fit the unit after 19:00 in the evening when I called the call centre for a test a few days later I was told its not working. And that a technician will be sent to fix it, I am still waiting till to date. I have a called a woman (Charlotte 0153076694-0738911126) more than 5 times asking her to send someone, on all occasions she assured me she will but I'm still waiting. I then decided to take it up with the call centre again I got empty promises, on the 3rd Dec I spoke to a supervisor Traven who did not listen to my complain especially about Charlotte in fact he just said in a voice "I will sort it out". When I called again last week I was told that Traven will call me back the next morning but again it was a blatant lair from Nestar, this type of service is shocking and I won't be treated like that. I want you guys to send some1 to come remove this useless device you put in my car, and refund me my money. I will take my business where I will be valued as a paying customer.
