My Tracker was installed in Nov/Dec 2012. Around Aug/Sep I decided to carry out a test to make sure my unit was functional. I didn't get any response from Tracker. So I call in, speak to different agents, who ask me to try different things, and they test from their side. This takes a few days. Then finally they carry out an Over the Air test. I'm told it will take 3 days, and they will contact me with results. I don't get any response from them. I call back, and eventually a technician is dispatched. In this time we don't know when the unit actually stopped working. It could have been days, weeks, months, etc. The unit gets replaced on 30 October, and I decide to test the unit a few days later. Again, I don't get any reply from Tracker. A 2nd technician gets dispatched. I test a few days later again. A 2nd OTA test is done. I then speak to another agent on 12th/13th December. He logs an "URGENT" call for my vehicle, and for somebody to attend. Today is the 17th. I still haven't received any phone calls. I am paying for a poor service and a tracking unit that hasn't been working for months. I've even received an increase in my premiums for a non-functional product as well.
