Empty promises @ double the promised waiting tim

I was promised that an iphone i had purchased was going to be deliverd within 3 days by one of the consultants at the above mentioned company. A day later, i received an sms saying my device was going to come within 6 days. i waited patiently, till i deciced to call them on the 5th day. On calling, i was informed that the device had not left the warehouse. A promise was made to me that i was to recieve it as promised on the 6th day. When calling them on the 6th day, i had to hold for 30 minutes while they tracked it, to only tell me that it was on its way, and to be delivered the next day. The next day nothing happened, and the day after!! on the 10th day, i called and again had to hold for an hour this time around, still no clarity on the wherabouts of the device. This was very unproffessional and unethical, after all the i was told, a promise to deliver 4 days later was made!! Very disappointing and costly for me!!
