Numerous times I have send emails no feedback / response till to date, I have been back & forth to the branch Bellville "my time & effort" calling and still I couldn't be helped!
On the 10/12/13 the consultant called her superior to double check that all documents are correct and on their system she signed off and I signed. Yesterday I need to hear that there are still outstanding support documents "how on earth can they lose your docs if they scan and confirmed and have copies" each and every time you call EVERYBODY have different rules but they work for the same company and are using 1 system! How can 6 or more staff members have different stories clearly they have a system that is not linked to Sars.
I received notification with blank pages and neither I can be assisted!! what a waste calling for assistance and you can't be help.
Yesterday I spoke to Zandi the call centre team leader requesting to speak to a senior manager she referred me to the branch manager and still im waiting for the call from...
It is very frustrating!!
