Worst service EVER received

Mixtelematics was sold to me with the purchase of a new vehicle. They were supposed to contact me for the installation but never did, i had to contact them. We then made an appointment for installation at 8am at 10am they still did not arrive. I constantly have to contact them, hold on for like 15 minutes and then no-one can assist me. The tracking unit have not been installed yet and i already regret using this company!!! The worst service ever!!! Still waiting for installation to take place... wonder if i do t contact them... AGAIN if this would ever be installed, i've paid for the unit already so guess this company just dont care now that they have already received their money and i have no product!!
