Horrible service levels - clear incompetence

I recently upgraded my vehicle tracking unit, I agreed with the consultant that this upgrade would be on a 3 year contract, with NO installation fees and NO hardware fees. However, she upgraded the unit as a cash transaction which mean the cost would be installation and hardware fees. This was clearly what I DID NOT agree to. After a number of emails trying to get this issue resolved I have had ZERO feedback from them, yet they have debited my account with the installation fees and hardware fees. I have been trying to get someone senior to help and my requests continue to be ignored. it's been a month already since I've been trying to get this resolved.
