Broken tracking unit for over a yea

I have attempted to resolve my issues with my GPS enabled Cybersleuth Supreme tracking unit for over a year now (unit says I travel at over 1000 km/h). Since day one it has been faulty and nobody cares at Netstar to resolve my issues. Management refuses to have the unit removed or fixed and have made no effort to resolve this issue. Even after 20 or so emails over the last 12 months', they don't care about their customers.

I have to now demand that this unit is removed at Netstar's expense and that my 36 month contract be cancelled with no penalties to myself. I also think I am deserving of a refund for my subscription fees since Nov 2011 when I first raised the issue.

Really disappointed with this pathetic service.
