I applied for a Telkom Simple deal in September/October, it was installed but we were charged installation fees which are meant to be free on the deal. We disputed this with Telkom but our dispute was rejected because apparently the deal was done incorrectly on the system. Kanzi was not the agent that assisted us initially but he decided to take it upon himself and take the query further to be resolved. After weeks of this not being resolved I received an email today saying that the matter was resolved, I was credited the installation fees and my ADSL was reinstated as a new line as of the 1st of November rather than the date we actually took it because we had not used it.
