No reply from Customer Service, Wrong billing

Hi

I fitted my car with an early warning device in July via my insurance company which was also to pay for the monthly fee. I just realised in October that Altech debited R165 from my account and another R378 in November. I have e-mailed and called their customer service and have received no assistance.

I wish I could just terminate the contract and altech take their device.
