Hello,

We are a Bergvliet-based business that has used ADT Security for a number of years. This is my first HelloPeter complaint, which is indicative of my frustration at ADT's back-office, billing and call centre process which is utterly broken & dysfunctional.

I have asked them multiple times to cancel my debit order (they still take money from my account). My emails go unanswered & my queries remain unresolved for months. We have just been presented with a statement for R3, 994 for invoices dating back 6 months which were never sent to us.

We do not regularly receive statements or invoices (if at all), the administration office will not call you back when they say they will, & call centre queries go unresolved for months. They are incapable of taking action & resolving queries or even performing the most basic admin duties.

Their call centre is a nightmare to deal with. If you are lucky enough to get through to someone without being transferred to the incorrect department, or having someone just put the phone down on you, or just giving up at the lengthy wait times, you will receive a ticket number to your query which is meaningless.

Their service & admin is just terrible.
