Altech Netstars slogan" make every second count" but can't deliver. Firstly customer care take half an hour to answer. Well they say we are experencing high call volumes but the only reason is cause they have incompetent staff which has attitude as if they doing me a favour. After numerous calls since I had a unit installed into my vehicle and they had my banking details they don't give a ####.

I can't believe that after 5 days my vehicle has not been loaded onto there system. I want this #### removed please from the vehicle so that I can seek a new service provider. I don't see why I should start paying for #### that don't work. So if anything happened to my car I would have been told that my cars not loaded. I asked the customer care to get it removed but since they can't make out going calls maybe you guys can email back.
