I am not happy with the way my account is being handled. Every time I call and enquire I am told my account is not under the correct code. I asked for debit order payment, they never debited my account. I deposited an amount of R1260 on November 2013 until today when I called my account is still not up to date. No one is taking responsibility about my account
This has made me look like I careless about my finances. I REGRET I TOOK THEIR SERVICE.
