Worst Service Ever!!

EVERYTIME you call the centre, you on hold for over 10 min before someone answers, no matter what time or day!!
I am calling today to get my unit changed from one car to the next and been pushed from person to person and been on the phone for over 20 min already at my own expense.

Track record for car recovery??!!! Don't believe it when they make people wait and wait to even speak to someone.
When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they never put one on the phone.
Call centre is pathetic and so is the cmpany.
They don't care about the customer, only yo take their money.
