Frustrated with Incompetence

Hi,

I have had tracker for a number of years now but I recently bought a new car. I was asked to upgrade my package to Skytrack by my insurance, which I did a few months ago. I received a call asking what my bank details are, I confirmed that they haven't changed and that they can continue debiting as usual.

I then recieve a voicemail sms this morning outlining that I havent been paying my account and that my credit record will be affected if I don't pay. It's now over R1 000 that I am expected to transfer to thier account In December. Unbelievable and completly unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason why the instruction should have been CHANGED to CASH when I upgraded without my instruction & secondly when I was called and confirmed that my details haven't changed, they should have then debited as per usual. I should have also gotten notification when the first installment wasn't paid. NONE of that happened and now I'm stuck with a large bill and an installment that is going to go off at the end of this month.

I have been receiveing sms's for Tracker debits so I suspect that I AM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR THE PREVIOUS PACKAGE I UPGRADED FROM.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
