Damage to property

I had a security door fitted. The installers used the wrong drill-bit on the floor and cracked a tile. They also installed the door in the wrong place and managed to crack the wall above the door as well as took a large chunk out of the wall next to the door. I am horrified as they still expect me to pay the balance of the account.
