I subscribed for a prepaid 3 year contract which was included in my financing. R7 217.02 was erroneously deducted from my account. I was promised that I would be reimbursed today. This has still not happened and I have debit orders going off my account. I sent my bank statement but have not received any acknowledgement. Although I have contacted Tracker, the call centre agent who assisted me did not have the courtesy to respond!!!
