Closet door not working

RDA Aluminium installed 2 aluminium doors in my house and one of the doors hooks to the wooded flooring strip which the wooden floor company can not do much about. They advised me to contact the aluminium door guys to assist by cutting the door a bit at the bottom so it can pass smoothly on the strip. I then contacted the sales person Ryan who quoted me for installation to assist in resolving this matter and he referred me to Andre, who told me they cant help. I feel very cheated because the door has become a white elephant while I trusted them and paid for it in full before I could check the door. I lived far from site in Pretoria and thought it can never be a big deal but now it is. I have to pay R680 for the door to be cut by another aluminium company while things could have been sorted out differently. I really they could have tried nto meet me half way but it never happened. Companies these days want money upfront but once they are paid its something else.
