City Protection
Paying for pathetic service

City Protection is not protecting me or my assets. My alarm went off twice in November 2013. I was not home and informed them they need to go and see if everything is in order at my home which is less than a kilometer from their offices. Both times it took them longer than 35minutes and everytime they have a different (not good at all) excuse. They deliver a pathetic service but dont want to relief me from the contract which is another 5 months. If you want to feel safe use another armed response NOT City Protection!!!
