I called Car tracker on 28 Oct to downgrade from the R302.00 to R99.00. I spoke to Letitia who agreed and she promised that on 15 November only R99.00 will be debited, she will follow up with Head office to refund the rest of the money that was debited which was to be refunded this week. Then she will ask Stella at the tracker branch in Pretoria to send a technician. Today I spoke to Judith Motlhabane and she told me a different story that they won't refund me and she will speak to Credit Controller: Londiwe Kaba. Why does one have to suffer whenever they should be refunded? The reason why I called to downgrade is because the R302.00 would be too expensive for me I cannot afford it hence downgraded to R99.00.
