Tracker debited my account in the beggining of june and then on the 20/06/2013 thry debited a further R485.54. when i called to query about it the team leader Fatima told me that they debited my account because there is a unit in my car. When i asked for my vehicles location she could not provide me with it. Tracker does not have any proof that i have signed any written documents or agreed to the installation of a tracker product. on friday 21/06/2013 a lady by the name of mariette called me and informed me that the problem will be solved within 2 days. this is the 7th day already and no payments have been made to me. i called tracker about 9 times to fix this problem. Fatima gave me her contact number, but everytime i try calling to speak to her i get put through to Mariette. if i wanted to speak to Martiette i would have said so. so why did she give me her contact details if she is not willing to take my call. Yesterday (25/06/2013) at about 11:20am i spoke to Mariette and informed her that i am still waiting for my money to be returned. she told me that it will defintely be in my account yesterday but i am still waiting. i will never ever use tracker in my car even if its R10pm
