I have cancelled my account with ADT on the 23 October 2013 due to poor service and not responding to queries.
Beginning of November the debit my account with the month fee plus a radio fee.
On the 4 November 2013 I was promised they will refund me the radio fee... now the 3 December 2013. Still waiting for that.
They debit my account again the beginning of December 2013.
On querying this I was told I must go to the bank and try and get it reversed.
The staff at ADT was not helpful at all and do not respond to mail. Next steps seems to be lawyers and opening a case.
