I would like my money back ASAP

I pay tracker on two of my vehicles. I recently got tracker on my Jetta installed on the 12/10/2013, of which I was not told of the pro-rata amount that I would need to pay... I received an sms on the 25/10/2013 advising that a pro-rata amount of R 70.40 will be debited. I am already paying R 110.00 for the Golf and was advised that I will be paying R 115.00 for my Jetta. Tracker then debited R 419.94 on the 29/10/2013!!! I would like my money back ASAP... called the call centre and logged a query for my refund on the 29/10/2013 (11-68516154). Till today I have not received a call from Tracker nor have I received my refund. You are very fast in deducting money, but refunding is a nightmare...
