ADT - no security for us

We had a 30min response time to an emergency call. They apparently got lost. Probably due to the fact that we never get ADT patrol vehicles in our road. Night manager promised to call me after an inquiry and never did. Customer care put me through to another manager when I called the next day named Freddie who apologized and promised to arrange patrol vehicles regularly that had to drop off slips. Its been almost a month and not one patrol vehicle. When I messaged him he has just ignored my concerns. He has not gotten back to me at all We have been with ADT for years and it is disgusting to receive such shocking treatment.
