This is on their website: ADT will always be there for you, will always stand beside you, will always be there to watch over you and yours.
Well i have serious doubts about this. They say one bad experience changes it all. I had an attempted break in at my property on 01 July 2013.Luckily the were put off when they noticed the alarm sensor in the garage where they tried to enter through a window. A side gate was left wide open by them. I emailed ADT asking why their patrol vehicle never noticed the open gate, upon which i got an automated response with a ref no that a person would be contacting me with a response. I resent an email on the 03 July, with a read receipt and again on the 11 July. Today is the 17 July 2013 and i'm still waiting for a simple telephone call. Talk about pathetic service. All i want to know is are the patrol vehicles doing their job to monitor each house? I will probably get an automated response to this. Maybe it's time to change?
