6 weeks ago, I purchased a new vehicle, for which insurance do not require a tracker, as they had done previously. I called to request a settlement figure on my tracker subscription. I asked how payment should be made, and we agreed telephonically to a debit order of the lump sum.

The debit order never came off. I thus emailed [Email Removed] on the 11.11.13 at 1.34pm, with "Cancellation Payment Processing" as a subject line. I enquired as to why my account had not been debited, and asked if there was an alternative method of payment that I could employ. I received an auto-reply acknowledgement of receipt, but never an actual response.

Today, I received an extremely rude and inflammatory sms, telling me that I have "defaulted", and demanding immediate payment. I paid the money immediately, just before sending this.

My reason for loading this complaint, despite having now paid the account and thus cut ties with Altech, is to get a formal, written apology, and a written undertaking that this error, on their part, will not reflect on my ITC or Experion profiles. I work tirelessly to manage my credit score, and will not be compromised in this way.
