I phoned Altech requesting a cancellation for a subscription I had with them, I was advised that I had to maka payment of R 678.50. I paid into their account an amount of R688. The consultant assured me that they would not debit my account on the 1st but they did. I phoned them to enquire about the debit order of the 2nd of November, I was told that the reference number I used was incorrect as a result they could not pick up my payment. I was then told that I needed to send through the proof of payment to the customer service department by a guy named Thabo Boitheko. I did that. Got an automatic email response saying they would come back to me in 3 days. Three days went by no response. I sent an email to them asking them when they would provide be with feedback or assistance to sort this out, I was asked to provide them with my account number which I didn't know at the time so I opted to give them my ID number. Since then I have had not response from Teboho Nyelimane. Its disappointing and frustrating how this is has been handled, because when they are selling these products to you their communication is out of this world yet when there are issues you are sidelined.
