Chubb
Not a customer???

We have been with chubb security for about 3 or 4 months now. 1stly they didn't install the pet friendly sensors we paid for which resulted in numerous call outs - for which we were billed! - before they corrected this. Today my alarm goes off an NO call or response from Chub. Phone them hours later to enquire about this and guess what?? Despite the debit order taken off my account - they have no record of us. Not our name, address or contact nr's are anywhere on their system. I assume I must be halusinating the printed statement I am looking at. Thank you, chubb. I guess this means I am no longer contractually bound and will be getting another security company in tomorrow. One who, when they spend R20mil on upgrading their systems, don't loose their customers in the process.
