Pathetic Service

I called tracker since last month, requesting to have the contract cancelled, they keep on confirming my details and telling me that a consultant will call me back, till today i havent heard anything from anyone! i then called again today requesting to speak to a manager, but i held for more than 5 minutes i then hung up and still i havent heard anything from anyone! This is pathetic, like really???
