Tracker Not Giving Correct Information

This morning i was checking the tracking device on the website that was installed in my car 2 weeks ago.

The tracker tells me that my car is in Loxton Road Milnerton when it is in Buitengragt Cape Town. its 15km out. it also says that i never left Loxton Road, when i infact drove to Grassy park and to Milnerton. i called Altec testing department on 011 207 5114 to test it and they said they will call me back. i got a call saying that they cant test it and cant tell me where my car is as its not in motion and they can only test it when i drive my car again!!! this is unacceptable!!! i am paying for something that doesnt work - i want to be able to go on to the website, sign in and be able to see where my car is whether it is in motion or not. what is the point of a tracker when it cant tell me where my car is, i want this fixed today or taken out. i refuse to pay for something that does not sever any purpose.
