Harrassed for paid up account

I was contacted by Mbd fo an outstanding account, i knew i owned Edgars so i paid the full outstanding amount. Over a month later i have called numerous times and emailed but i get no straight answer as i still get smses and emails demanding payment and i really cant take it anymore. On the 12/8/2013 I spoke to Lesogo Masego who asked to send the pop fo the 3rd tym, she promised to call me back till now i havent heard from her and as for their supervisor Phyllis she is unprofessional i have emailed her as per the agents req and i still havent heard anything back from her. I cnt believe these people
