After bad service still have to pay

After a brake in ac cured, and no reasonable explanation from the supplier but a flat battery excuse, I moved to another security company, after suffering losses of R40 000, and no one to answer for it. Stallion Security still expects a consumer to pay the balance on contract, whilst knowing the service provided was pathetic. Now ask how is this possible for companies like this to still be in business
