Still your money, going against there word

After my bad report on 5 November 2013 I received a call saying sorry they are not going to refund my monthly subscription but will refund my transmitter fees seeing that I am not going to use adt 2014.Its fine but I wrote a letter with confirmation that you have received my letter informing my cancelation and that you are not allowed to take any money out of my account anymore and yet you still did so expect the necessary steps being taken against adt for and out of my bank account. About an hour later received a call informing that they understand my frustration and all fees will be refunded. Its a week later and still NO refund has been done. Now I am phoning to ask where is my money: sorry we do not have any knowledge of this you are not getting your money back. Hatch out people adt only steels your money out of your account but no service is rendered for it. Dont ever put your live in these peoples hands.this is not my first bad experience with them. I can tell you more that will let your hair raise about the poor service but the page is to small. THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE SIGNING UP YOUR LIVES IN THEIR HANDS!!!
