Uterly poor service customers money

After 3 alarm activations and 5 panic activations over a period of 12 minutes I eventually got a phone call from adt.another 25 minutes after the phonecall the reaction officer stoped at my premises. I decided to cancel my service with adt due to poor and untrustworthy services. I spoke to a consultant informing them that I am cancelling my service and I send a email to confirm in writing that they are not allowed to take money from my account any more. But still they took the money from my account plus an extra R200 an something for transmitter fees. After instructing not to do so. They have received the email but they ignored it because they first wanted to transmitter money out of my account before cancelling it. They work with a plan. I I cancel in writing not to take money out of my account you are not allowed to take money people. I consider it as out of my account and you are committing I did not authorize it. Its Law!!!
