Premium Increase after 1 yea

I called Dial Direct a week ago to get my premium dropped as its been a year now and my car is decreasing in value. I spoke to Vuli who said the guys are busy with my account and he could not get me any anwsers yet. he called me today to let me know that my premiuim has in fact increased and there are no discounts on the premium it increases yearly. i then asked to speak to a decision maker and he said that he can make decisions but he is not dropping the premium. i feel as if after paying a premium for 1 year that this company does not even care than i am about to cancel and sign up with another company.
