We purchased a Breville Coffee maker from your Loch Logan branch in Bloemfontein about 18 months ago.
We have had issues with the machine since the beginning as the coffee is cold, it does not heat the coffee sufficiently. There is also an issue with the water tank that does not sit flush against the machine - this is unattractive and causes spills.
We did return the machine to your branch with the previous manager and was given a new machine.
The problems in the new machine are identical to that of the previous one.
I have contacted your new manager Mpho, who is very nice, but is not really solving my problem - she apparently spoke to H/O regarding the problem and they said that yes, the particular Breville coffee maker that we purchased does have a problem across the board with the coffee not being hot enough / as hot as with other coffee makers.
However they still will not refund / exchange (for a different machine - definitely not the same one again) my machine.
If this is a problem that they are clearly aware of, surely you should, 1. not sell that particular coffee maker & 2. Exchange the unhappy customers coffee maker.
I don't want to heat my coffee in the microwave anymore!
