I have yet again received a faulty machine with the exact same problem as the first two. It switches on and then fades off. I purchased my first machine in July last year, returned it in December and it was replaced due to a "factory fault". The second one did exactly the same thing right from the onset. I emailed GHD - no response. I called through and explained this - no apology! I asked specifically asked Zanele, that the machine be tested before being sent to me as I did not have the time to deal with this again. They then replaced it with a Ruby iron and guess what - same problem! I have used cheaper irons in the past that actually did the job and I thought that I would "treat" myself with a GHD. Please can I ask that you provide me with a full refund so that I can take my business elsewhere like to Cloud9. If you are unable to make a decision on this, please can you provide me with the details of the senior decision maker so that I can take this further. I find it appalling that I paid a quite a pocket of money for your brand and I have had nothing but bad experience and BAD HAIR DAYS!!!
